The Living Word Ministries Trust (LWMT) is a Non-Profit Faith Mission Trust that has pioneered missionary work into neglected mission fields and areas resistant to the Gospel across Zimbabwe. We are a mountain of prayer and a non-profit voluntary Christian organisation — not for profit, non-political, and non-governmental.
Our Strategic Objectives
We glorify God through five strategic pillars:
fulfilling the Great Commission given to us by our lord Jesus Christ to take the gospel works into neglected unsaved communities with a fervent urgency for their need of a savior in Mathew 28.18-20. We use primary evangelistic tools like Christian film shows, Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops, Rallies, drama, music, Christian literature distribution, door to door and open air crusades to the scattered remote villages of Zimbabwe. Train Local missionaries to be located in the right place of their mission field, gives them guidance and assistance they needed to fulfill their ( school of Ministry).
Improve the quality of life for the less privileged .Bringing practical aid and demonstrating Christ’s love in less privileged communities through establishing of schools, orphanages, job training and community water projects. (The whole word of God applied in all areas of Life) “Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” 1 John 3:16-18 .
Assemblies are devoted to advancing the Kingdom of God by living out the Great Commission and drawing others to Christ. (Living Word Assemblies) These Local groups of believers redeemed from the fallen world gather in grass thatched or under trees for fellowship and study of the word.
Train believers in the Word and empower them for ministry. Seminars in leadership training and distribution of Gospel leaflets, booklets, books, and vernacular Bibles in poor communities.
To introduce self – help project such as agriculture, tree planting or environmental awareness, and any other profitable business to sustain the poor, generate income for the organization and assist the needy. Empowerment program through small loans to end poverty methodology
Our Affiliation
Our ministry is built on a solid wall of prayer backing. We do not have a congregation to take a love offering. Our only source of income is our ministry friends and partners. Our team members raise their own support from their secular jobs to provide for evangelism ministry expenses. We rely on support mostly from individual donors who see the value of advancing the Kingdom of God in providing hope and dignity to those in need.
